Reason behind the hardest email change in gaming history ?

My old message was deleted so i will go straight.

I lost acces to old email and now i'm stuck in a 4-days question-answer loop with support. I'm in loop n°5 now...

Why can't we change email address in the profile, like EVERY other BIG games (blizzard, steam, riot...) ?
Why not asking all questions account related in ONE mail ?

Don't tell me it's for security reason since they are the only developper to do this.
