Account Lost

Hi, I sent in two emails from my PoE account email on the 30/11/23 and the 2/12/23 but have received no reply. I lost control of my email for a few days to a malicious user who changed my account email. I have since secured the email and he has been unable to access it.

I was hoping to have received an email by now, and was wondering whether there'd be a reply before Christmas.

(this is a new account I made to make this thread as I can't access my old one. I can provide details of my original account if needs be)
