i cant trade

Im kinda new to the game and recently i wanted to trade for some gear but everytime i want to trade with someone i get this message: "You cannot trade currency and unique items to other players until your account has been reviewed. this process can take up to 24 hours."(i have this message for almost a week i think). I have 2 characters over level 25 tho and i really wanna know why i cant trade
