Ban appeal

Hi. My account has been banned, for the reason "Real Money Trading". But I think it's a mistake. I don't do "Real Money Trading". I didn't pay for the game currency, and I didn't receive a cent for it. I play a lot of time in your game, have a lot of trades and spend a lot of currency on my character. I ask you to confirm my appeal.
