Lost account

Hello,
i havent played poe for 2 years. I wanted to back on affliction league. First i connected steam account with poe and i realized i lost everything on steam account. When i verrified e-mail i was able to remove connection but when i started the game there was log in request. I don't remember if i had to log in to poe by steam (only at first time). I remember only nick "Freazi" of my old account any other way doesn't work. What can i do to get back my account? I wrote to ggg e-mail almost week ago and still waiting. Now i got 1200h played in poe on steam without account. I can connect this account to steam if needed.
