Remove only tabs cant be activate to sell anymore?

You can set remove only tabs to sale if you want but they get disabled after short time, is that intended behaviour now? I know you can not set new price in remove only tabs before but now it's not possible at all to keep them to ramain avail for sale... If intended you can remove the possibility to make them sellable to avoid confusion?
