Many people have constant crashes from the server

Good afternoon, the question is, what happened to the servers? constant crashes and FPS problems that did not exist before, it would be fine if only I had them, but half of the players have exceptions because after reconnecting there are about 2k players in the queue, I understand that you are a "small" indie company that receives an unrealistic amount of money and you cannot buy normal servers? and if only there were problems in servers crashes and FPS, you saw the monsters to which you came up with these buffs on T11, they kill 80% of players with 3k essences with 1 hit.
It's just that you have time to release new MTX, but you don't have time to fix everything? the point then is to donate to you if you don't care about the players
I'm leaving this league, this has never happened before, I've endured lags, bugs, etc. but this is too much in this league.
