【Account keep being Locked】By Log-in location change with the same Desktop computer

Hi, I'm Jimmy
I have a good gameplay experience in POE on first day.
Well, recently everytime when I log-in in success, there would be a jump back to
the logging menu. And by re-logging, I received a location change letter from POE.

But, with Enter the right unlock code and success log-in, there is still a jump
back to the the logging menu. Maybe My IPs or POE server firewall have something to do? My house is rent, and the network is sharing with local.
Please help me with the IP problem.
