Phasing tincture only works for killing blows (non-totem based character)

I have seen other posts where there's arguments about whether totems should give you phasing from this tincture, however I am playing a non-totem bow build and it seems like there's either a bug or they put the wrong wording on the tincture. I believe in testing it does apply for killing blows but not enemies who die from poison. I will kill hundreds of enemies in a juiced map and not get the phasing buff, because the poison is killing them. Please either change the wording to match the other tincture mod for onslaught which states "on killing blow" or fix the phasing mod to actually apply "on kill".

Same with explode and gain rare modifiers with self attack bow poison, bought an expensive poison flask because i tested onslaught and it worked, so i figured killing blow against rare monsters would work with poison as well
