Is it possible to add my ps account to my Xbox account

I was just wondering if it was possible to get my PlayStation account and Xbox account to sync up. My PlayStation is no longer working and I want to play on my Xbox but I'm hoping I won't have to start a new game and was hoping the is a way to get my PlayStation profile on my Xbox?

Hi there,
I'm afraid it is not possible for us to transfer purchases or progress/characters from your account over to an account being used on the other console versions of Path of Exile, or vice versa. These accounts are completely separate - purchases cannot be applied to a new account on a different platform. | |
