Loot picking way worser than before patch

After 3.23 its really difficult to pick up loot. Sometimes you have to try to target the item banner several times. At least on xbox one series

Same issue on PS5.
It's not consistent, only happens occasionally, but is consistent in an area (patch of ground, not whole map) once it happens. It's as if there's some invisible object with #1 targeting preference. | |

I have had this happen several times too, for me it has been major bosses and act bosses that cause it (like Brutus and Merveil).
Is it only bosses for you or random enemies in zones as well? |

I think it happens on all unique monsters. Syndicate member loot has the problem too
