Account banned for no reason

Account ([Removed by Support]) was banned almost a week ago. Playing via Geforce Now, it means no 3rd party software could be used. No response from support (email linked to that account), no explanation, just a slap in the face.

One would assume that erroneous account blocking is supposed to supersede all other requests
