What is the current expected wait time to receive a response from the support email?

Hi,

I'm trying to resolve a situation and have emailed support about it but have not heard back. From the recent posts made by GGG staff, I understand you guys are working through a large backlog of issues.

I just have a simple question. What the expected response ETA currently? I am trying to make holiday plans with friends (Path of Exile usually takes up a large portion of my holiday, and I like it that way) and having an ETA for a response would be very helpful.
