Recovery of old account

Hello ,

i need some help trying to recover my old account .

its still using an old email which is yahoo mail but that email already inactive for so long .

i just reactivate the email and trying to change my old account email to new ones but for some reason it just wont receive any email send to it .

is there any way to help me swap that email to new one i used ?


PS : already tried to manual swap from web a couple times but still not receiving any email , tried linking to steam also but nothing show up
