No, you cannot transfer from one platform to another as they are entirely separate realms.

Hey WuikoP, PC and console accounts are entirely separate from eachother, and unfortunately it is not possible to transfer an account between PC and console or vice-versa. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
