Ban for no reason?

I was trying to level on the first day of the league start, then i take a break for 5 min to log back in knowing that i get ban. afflictionmot is my character. I then don't want to waste time waiting for tech support to fix it and level another account, then get ban again around level 50 the same level the first account. I am now worry to buy the support package if i get random ban like this. I don't feel safe and customer service been ignore multiple of my email.

I was so hype for this league, but then have to wait nearly a week for this to resolve. I don't know if it worth to continue when i am already 1 week behind.
