Banned account

Hey there, my account was banned about 60 hours ago now. I emailed customer support immediately. I see the responses saying they are reading as fast as they can, I also see that customer service is 24-7. Is there an estimate on how long it is taking them? Are they going to acknowledge that something might be wrong with the system where so many people seemingly got wrongfully banned? Devs got time to check in with streamers that are broadcasting apparently, so hopefully they get some time to look in and help out with this "backed up" customer support.
