Ban for no reason

I got a ban after running away from the acts, I wrote to support but they didn’t answer anything meaningful, can I do something? from the programs I used only poe overlay and awakaned poe trade

the profile does not show the blocking, but when entering the game it says that the account is blocked by the administrator

you probably just need to get the unlock code from your email. when your ip changes you cant log in until you get the code
