Specified account does not exist

In 5 years this is the first time I have encountered this problem, I cannot login my main account with my email. It's not locked, it just said the email does not exist and I was able to login one week ago.
The most upsetting thing is that I saw my profile and the characters are still there, but the guild that I create disappeared. There were a lot of stash tabs that me and my friend paid money for. I have no idea what happened to my account. I already send email to the support with information but haven't heard them since then. I wonder if anyone have this specific issue or is it just me?
