BANNED??? Seems to be a common issue right now.

What the hell are you guys doing to make this a common thing to players who support your game?

My fresh season account got banned at level 40, stated i had to many accounts what does that even mean? I play through steam and this is my only account i have. Let alone havent played this game in years!

I had the same problem... I've been playing for a long time, but I've always been a casual player... I never created many characters, I never had any above lvl 96, I never got any absurd amount of currency, I always only played with the base game and awakened poe trade, nothing more... even so, after requesting a correction following a link problem with my account, I was permanently banned for allegedly violating some term

I did still no response guess my account will be banned for a week before resolved, only reason im mad is cause there is no just cause to this and instead of looking into it on your own end i have to wait on a email response. Funny thing i just bought a cosmetic today as well.

My account was banned during the time I didn't play. I sent an email asking to check my account and they said I was using a 3rd party software and sent me the terms and ban.

They banned me for buying a skin in their store. My account was created in Ukraine, but now I live in Italy and made a purchase from Italy because of the war in my country. They considered it a fraud and banned me. They said they were giving me a warning but I still can't log in to my account)))

GGG I'm going to write a complaint against you in the steam for deceiving people. Let's write a Steam complaint against them for cheating. Maybe then they will treat the players who support them with respect.
