Gotcha, then half doesn't work still unless only 200% flask effect only applies to life flasks as well.

Its wording is a little unclear, it looks like the alchemist has an increased flask effect (the wording does not contain "Owner gains...")

I think the wording is crystal clear, it says nothing about the player getting 200% flask effect, its not an equipable item with stats that applies to the player, its just stats that apply to itself as a minion
