Account Locked, Please help

First of all, sorry, but English is not my first language, The reason for this email is because today I tried to log in to my account and I got a message that it is blocked, these are the details. Account Name: Bellye Only remember 2 characters who whas Здравствуйте and begiteyadaun the account has many tabs and this supporter packs: Bloodthirsty Supporter Pack Knightlord Supporter Pack I can't take photos of the purchases because I had to change my account to this email and I don't have access to my previous email, if you need it, I only have the email name. I have the same issue. Couldn't log in for league start. Messaged support, they told me to white list the support mail, which I did. I checked for suspicious activity on my PoE and mail account, like weird forwarding setting, but nothing ofc. I can send other mails to the account without any issues.
This has been ongoing since friday evening and support has also not responded to me since. You don't cap for ele weakness? - Kids these days...

Yep this hapennng since friday, end the last league in nov all good, but try to connect for league start and got that message :(
