Friend banned out of nowhere without explanation

First, I know it is not supposed to be a forum topic but since we can't get any answer from mails, I write here !
Zofeon_Affliction a friend of mine got banned out of nowhere and apparently for no reason. He sent mails to banappeal@grindinggear.com and support@grindinggear.com but can't have any answer. As we are un early league rush it would be awesome to have some reactivity from your teams he has already lost more than a day worth of farming which is very very heavy at the start ! You are not going to ever be warned about a ban, you are not entitled to a specific reason, YOU can NOT do anything on your friends behalf....you WILL get your friend to appeal the ban then wait your turn.
