My brother account banned

Good morning.
My brother’s account was blocked today, he just started playing and I gave him a little hint on how to go through acts and other things in the game, and now he woke me up because “Account has been banned by an administrator” with the reason “Breaching Terms of Use”. I don’t know what happened and why he was blocked, but he hasn’t even passed the acts yet. I don’t think he could have done anything against the rules. I am writing here because the “submit an appeal” button, about which i read in the Internet is not on the site, please tell me what to do, I need any advice or help.
