Not Receiving Unlock Code

I tried logging in 3 hours ago, and was prompted to enter an unlock code. No unlock code was ever sent to me.

I had this same problem last league. I sent an email to support 3 hrs ago as well.

Can you please add support@grindinggear.com to your email's contact list/whitelist, and then generate a email and see if that helps? Can you also please check your spam folder?
