Do you know how you are negatively impacting my experience?
Do you know how frustrating this really is?
A ban for no reason simply prevents me from playing. How much time did I waste because of your mistake?
How are you going to resolve this? Are they just going to apologize with their dirty faces?
They will apologize as if nothing had happened. Saying that this is not the experience you want to give your players.

Ten years have passed since the game's release. (Initial release date: October 23, 2013)
Is this the experience a player has to go through when launching a new league?
A few hours after the league launched I had to go to sleep, completely frustrated.
