Bodyswap of sacrifice totems don't target minions

Linking the new transfigured Bodyswap of Sacrifice to a spell totem, and the totem never targets minions.

Same exact issue here, can confirm that totems will never target a minion, even when no enemies are available. If I self cast, the skill immediately prioritizes minions, even with no specific targeting.

Still an issue, but I've heard some people claim it is intended behavior based on the totem not owning minions. If it is intended, the gem text should state "one of your minions" instead of "targets minions" to be more clear.

As it is currently worded, I would still call this a bug. Hoping for clarification!
