Unlock code

Hello,
When I try to log into path of exile I am prompted to get a unlock code sent to my email. When I ask for a new code nothing is sent to my email. I have sent an email to support and got a quick reply then nothing for 11 hours is this because of the league launch so there is a lot of traffic or has something gone far worse.

When I first asked for a code my email was inactive because of not using email for some time. So am afraid something broke in the delivery of the code to at the time an inactive email.

Ok will do just stressing that something on my end with the email that was busted is the issue. Thank you for the reply
Still no reply from support staff is there any way to know I am in a que or anything. I am lost on what to do.

I have the same issue. Couldn't log in for league start. Messaged support, they told me to white list the support mail, which I did. I checked for suspicious activity on my PoE and mail account, like weird forwarding setting ,but nothing ofc. I can send other mails to the account without any issues.

This has been ongoing since friday evening and support has also not responded to me since.
