Cant lock in/ question to GGG

Hello Guys

I Have a Problem i cant lock in because the system tell me im blocked and log in from a other Ip
I didnt log in since 6 Years

I still have the password its the account i message here
But the unlock code is send to an email i dont have a access anymore

Yesterday i wrote an email to support if they can change my email so i can send myself the unlock code
I send also some information about the account to verify thats my account

Someone knows how long i have to wait ?
Where is the location from ggg
did i have to wait untill monday untill someone can help me ?

come on.... its 24 hour for a problem thats fixed in under 30 seconds ... i just want play the game

I am waiting since 3 days for this....

I have the same issue. Couldn't log in for league start. Messaged support, they told me to white list the support mail, which I did. I checked for suspicious activity on my PoE and mail account, like weird forwarding setting, but nothing ofc. I can send other mails to the account without any issues.

This has been ongoing since friday evening and support has also not responded to me since.

my problem is that i dont have access to the mail
and i cant change it because i need confirm that in my mails
that dont make sense because i dont have access xD

i just need that someone change my email adress manuelly... 10 sec of work

Day 5 still nothing
