Infinite loading loop on Sarn Encampment

I do change servers, tried japan amsterdam moscow texas but nothing changed. In some servers I able to load the sarn encampment but my character cant walk or when I walk to slums door, it keeps disconnect the server. I tried integration, different servers, restart pc, dx11 vulkan switch but nothing helps.
