Download stuck at 0b/s

as the title states, i cannot download the update. have had the client up since 11am est and it is now 2:37 est and im at 1.76%.

I have a buddy with the exact same issue. I'll let you know if we figure anything out. I found older posts about it who used VPNs to fix the issue.

Yeah, I've tried reinstalling the game, shutting my pc off, but it didn't work, and I'm installing the game fully fresh, I formated my pc this morning for this specific reason and now I have to go to bed just because.

same as the dude above, guys GO ON STEAM it's full speed download, sadge for the standalone but it's not working the the launch soooo...
