Mouse Cursor is locked to the game window even when game in in background.

I was hoping this update would resolve it and bring back the old behavior but is seams not.

As pressing Alt in POE can be dangerous due to the number of items on the ground since the ancient times I was simply using Win Key(Windows start) instead of Alt - Tab to free up my Cursor from the game and click on other monitors. Since one patch mid last league that's impossible as even tho game is in background ( easy to confirm with background fps limit ) the Mouse Cursor is still locked to the game Window.

Bug:

Mouse cursor stays locked to the Game window even when game is put to background by using Win Key.

Expected behavior:

Mouse after pressing Win Key Mouse Cursor should be freed up from game window borders.
