Ice Crash Dual Wield build for new Transfigured Gem (Ice Crash of Cadence)

Casual boomer player here. I am looking for a recommendation for nicely described (eli5 style) build for Dual Wield Ice Crash, preferably something tanky. I've searched through all known sources that i recall for such build, but haven't found any recent one for Dual Wield.
