Bodyswap of Sacrifice griefing with party members Animated Guardian?

Could you please verify that a party member cannot use the new Bodyswap of Sacrifice skill to target and destroy other party members Animated Guardian?
If that's possible, there will most likely be people griefing other people by destroying their animated guardians during trading in hideout for example, thus destroying all the items the animated guardian had.
Better yet, make sure you can't target other players minions at all.

They should just make it "your minion" to prohibit you targeting so much as an ally's skeleton. We have a whole slew of new non-desecratable Spectres as well, many will probably go for several divine.
