Question about the new Ball lightning of static

I know I'm probably asking this at the wrong place but I rarely use the forums.

So basically I'm curious about the new transfigured version of Ball lightning of static

Specifically, are multiple static ball lightning orbs able to hit the same target at the same time?

And how many targets does it damage at the same time considering the monster is in range?

Lastly the skill gem states it has 3 uses with a 1.5s cooldown time, do the uses stack like on flame dash for example?

Does anyone have any idea?

Pretty sure it works just as normal ball lightning exept being static and having charges.

So multiple ball lightnings do hit the same target.

Damages every target in range.

Stacks just like the flame dash.

I was kinda worried it would be limited to just one of the orbs to be able to hit 1 target at a time, I'm always unsure when it comes to BL.

its got a cooldown to prevent too much single target abuse

Is the cooldown just to prevent people from using it on a CoC build? It has an orb tag so I assume you can only have 1 out at a time.
