Latency issues with certain instances

Hi I have issues with latency. Ive tried serveral diffrent servers near sg it dosent seem to matter which one I use. Deinstalled the game and installed a fresh version, restarted my router etc reinsatall the windowes too. If i am opening the diff instances for a same area eventually the latency become ok like in 2nd or 3rd try

Same issue for me as well. Sometimes 60 ping but most of the times 160-170 ping. Singapore is rip I guess. Was really excited for this league but don't I think can play.

Same thing in new league as well. Can play campaign by just creating new instances with good ping in 3-5 tries, but what about maps? Rip poe.
