Lag and lag and lag

Can someone explain to me why the game keeps lagging. The internet is perfect no problem with any game except vasa. is this the end of path of exile. After every update the game gets worse.

If you dont provide more info no one can tell you why. Screenshots of performance graphs could help for example.
But the odds of someone explaining "why" (to some degree) are better than the odds of someone helping you fix it if thats what you really want.

On every card I cut. When enemies are more on screen. And from time to time it interrupts even if no one is there. The main problem is when there are more enemies in one place.
