i watched 45 minutes and didnt get the wings. is something bugged?

Did you claim them on the Twitch inventory page?

seems like a few of us are having the issue. we claim the drop but it never appears in the claimed drop inventory and doesn't show up in game.

You may want to try unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch from the Manage Connections page and then relinking to Twitch to see if this helps!
