PS4 - Duelist's Ascendancy Classes' names are broken

I have just finished my first lab run on this character. When opening Altar of Ascendancy the class names on the top of each circle are broken and seems to be parts of a "Gladiator" name. After closing and reopening the Altar everything went back to normal (ie. spelling Slayer/Gladiator/Champion respectively).

I'm really sorry for the low quality of the image.
