Duplicated cosmetic

Yesterday I bought the kirac Vault and in one of the boxes I got a portal (Blood Guard Portal Efectt) that I already had... it's not fair to receive duplicate cosmetic... is there nothing you can do abaut that?

As the Mystery Boxes included in the Kirac's Vault Pass predate the current no-duplicates system, I'm afraid it is possible to receive duplicate effects from these. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

I understand but it's not fair... we should be able to exchange them for points or something... because we end up with cosmetics that we may never use... And so I see myself not buying another kirac vault because the same thing could happen and it's sad. ;S | |

seems like they dont care as long as they get payed. you seem like a long time supporter that should be taken care of. the same thing just happened to me and im probably going to get the same treatment. waste of money and no respect for the community when you can get the same exact effect or skin twice. we cant use two on the same thing so fix it.
