Impossible to play on xbox one. Performance issue

From the beginning of 3.22 the performance is awful.
It’s impossible to play. Ping is really high, but only in POE.
Simple white mobs can easily kill 2 mirror build on standard.
It’s almost unreal to level up on league.
You should wait for few minutes for map to be loaded.

By the way two previous leagues the performance was perfect!
What’s going on now?

I use wire internet connection. Change servers: Moscow, London, Frankfurt - the result is the same.
What’s going on with the game? What have you done with performance?
