Belltower Map Device MTX Bug

The Belltower map device frequently missing the buildup of bells ringing and fire burning as portals dwindle. I can be down to 2 or even 1 portal left and the tower is still static with no sound or visuals sometimes.

Still having the same issue. You guys used to acknowledge these reports and let us know they're being addressed. Should I contact customer support by phone and ask for a refund instead? I don't mind waiting for an issue to be fixed as I understand you have priorities, but a modicum of communication would be appreciated.
