3672941471 Fps drops on series X with minions and ground effects.

I have noticed these fps drops for at least 2 leagues. The fog in the twilight strand Act6, lightning trail from wake of destruction,Flame ribbon specters and the sentinel of radiance causes fps drops especially when you open your inventory. It seems the fire effects may be causing this? Or the transparency effects.
