Void sphere skin (vaal orb) Broken or outdated. My eyes burn.

So i bought vaal orb skin for my vaal orb and it looked really red, dark and moody. but when i bought it i got eye burning ball of nausea.
Any idea whats causing this or is the skin just outdated?
The first is how its supposed to look like and second is how it looks like in my game.

Edit, i tried pretty much everything with visual settings to unequipping items and MTX and in the process spamming void spheres i only got my eyes burned out.
recuding bloom to 0 reduced the brightness of it but it still has like trillion particle effects and too many blood effects compared to one showed in shop video.
