With Utula's Hunger, this build should have no items with a LIFE modifier. (not even in Jewels)
Can have life nodes in passive tree.

Should not have any source of reducing enemy Elemental Resistance either due to Rakiata's Dance.

Wild Strike Skill - Dont set to Always Attack without moving

Quite Tanky with Multiple layers of defences: Fortify, Arctic Armour, tons of Evasion, Fully Capped Spell Suppression, Sap and life leech.

SAP: Its a powerful layer of defence if used correctly. Enabled from the gloves - Algor Mortis. Requires enemy to be in chilled ground.
Executed well when you have Arctic armour and you stand on top of the boss. Arctic armour leaves trails of chilled ground. Frost blink also applies chilled ground.
Since we are dealing tons of lightning damage, Enemies can take up to 20% effect of sap, that is 20% less damage taken from them.

Even during Expedition and Harvest, just walk on top of the mobs, and it applies Chill on them.

Weak against Damage over Time

Requires a couple of hits to ramp up to full damage and speed (if you die, hit something or use Writhing Jar flask to start the frenzy) - This is why we are taking the charge mastery with increased duration rather than the damage.

UPDATE: Easiest way to restore Frenzy charges back (especially in maven invites) is using Ralakesh Boots.

- T16 Essence Farming and Trial of the Ancestors league mechanic
- Crit Resistant Map/Monster Mods
- Chance to avoid elemental ailement Mods
- Monsters steal power, frenzy and endurance charges mod
- Cannot leech from monsters mod

Good for:

- Expedition, Delirium, Breach, Harvest, Legion, and Ritual
- Non Uber Bossing

Cost: Basically a Cheap budget build under 15 divs

For its full potential ALL DAMAGE GEMS (including ICE BITE) should be level 20 or + with max quality.
