[PS5] Stuttering Lag

Started 30 minutes ago. I have trouble shooted my console and modem. I get stuttering lag when I attack that warps my character around short distances, doesn't register my attach but consumes my mana. My skill I am using is Spectral Throw.

I get the same stuttering lag whenever I enter a new screen,map or area
