[PS5] Trade board won't work in TotA Headquarters

This league is all about staying in the TotA headquarters doing tournaments.
But we can't trade from this place. This also happened in heist, but you guys manage to implement the trade board on it.

So please GGG we need to able to complete trades from the TotA headquarters.
