There's a sanctum layout that looks kinda...

I kind of noticed the mid-boss room in floor 1 of sanctum is laid out like a swastika, and yes actually, because its tilted. When its not tilted is when its the peace symbol, which would be a way to fix this room I suppose. https://imgur.com/a/x3YQEZW
