Path of Exile Crashes when Swapping Between App on Either XBox Series Console

To go along with this: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3419989, Path of Exile almost always crashes to the Xbox's home screen while swapping between games/apps. This even includes apps like the Xbox Settings or Captures apps.

I think it's been around since launch as well.

I have both a Series X and S and it happens on both consoles equally.

And the audio stutter and visual skipping to go with that app crashing the game bug.

They really messed this game up
