Relic altar not able to place relics or use stash in sactum

762,761,438. I am in the sactum, I'm working with divinia, I'm trying to place a relic in the altar. But the relic alter will not allow me, to place relics. I have reset the game, I have switched out controllers. I cannot put a relic in The relic altar at all. Also I can't put anything in my stash next to the relic altar. Not sure what's going on with the sanctum in the divinia area. But it's bugged I can't do anything. I went to the main town and tried to put things in and out of my inventory. Did it without a problem. So the stash and The relic altar are not working in the sanctum, with divinia. I would really like to do this part of the game!
